If the product arrives defective or damaged during transport you must contact us in less than 24 hours from the receipt of the order so that the company will be responsible for the costs of returning it, as well as sending a new product to the customer .
In case of delivery of incorrect product the customer will be sent the correct product without any additional cost.
If there is any problem with your purchase or you are not satisfied with your choice you have a period of 14 days from delivery for any change or return. In this case the customer will be responsible for sending the product to the address they inform you at info@kilim-age.com or the contact telephone number 0034 626 62 96.
The customer will have the option to opt for the return of the money or to change for any available product within the 14 days following the reception.The returns from Spain and the Balearic Islands will be free and the rest of the countries the customer will be charged the costs of the return. After 14 days from receipt of the product, no change or return will be accepted.
All products must be returned in their original packaging.
Si el producto llega defectuoso o se ha dañado durante el transporte debe contactar con nosotros en menos de 24 horas desde la recepción del pedido para que la empresa se haga cargo de los costes de devolución del mismo, así como de enviar un nuevo producto al cliente.
En caso de entrega de producto incorrecto se mandará al cliente el producto correcto sin ningún coste adicional.
Si hay algún problema con su compra o no está satisfecho con su elección tiene un plazo de 14 días desde la entrega para cualquier cambio o devolución. El cliente tendrá la opción de optar por la devolución del dinero o bien cambiar por cualquier producto disponible dentro de los 14 días siguientes a la recepción. Transcurridos 14 días desde la recepción del producto, no se aceptará ningún cambio o devolución.
Todos los productos deben ser devueltos en su embalaje original.
