SHIPPING TO SPAIN
The delivery of orders takes an estimated 2-5 days to Spain peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. The orders will be delivered via messaging at the address and holder facilitated in the purchase process. For orders to the peninsula Spain and Balearic Islands the amount will be 0 € and for shipments to the Canary Islands shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the product.

SHIPMENTS TO EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES
The deliveries of the orders will have an estimated term of 5-7 days. Orders will be delivered by courier at the address and owner provided in the purchase process. The shipping costs within the countries of the European Union would be free. The rest of the European countries the shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the product.

La entrega de los pedidos tiene un plazo estimado de 2-5 días a España península, Islas Baleares y Canarias. Los pedidos serán entregados por vía mensajería en la dirección y titular facilitada en el proceso de compra. Para pedidos dentro de la península y Baleares el coste será de 0 €. Para envíos a Islas Canarias los costes de envío se calcularán según el peso y dimensiones del producto.
AVISO: los envíos con destino a las Islas Canarias están sujetos al pago de derechos e impuestos de importación y/o locales.
ENVÍOS A LOS PAÍSES DE UNIÓN EUROPEA
Las entregas de los pedidos tendrán un plazo estimado de 5-7 días. Los pedidos serán entregados por vía mensajería en la dirección y titular facilitada en el proceso de compra. Los costes del envío dentro de los países de Unión Europea sería gratuita. El resto de los países europeos los costes de envío se calcularán según el peso y dimensiones del producto.

Las entregas de los pedidos tendrán un plazo estimado de 7-10 días.
Los pedidos serán entregados por vía mensajería en la dirección y titular facilitada en el proceso de compra. Los costes del envío se calcularán según el peso y dimensiones del producto. Si desea consultar los gastos del envío, por favor añade a la cesta el producto que desea comprar y a continuación ver carrito, desde la ventana del carrito pinchar calcular envío, seleccione el país e introduzca el código postal y para terminar pinchar en actualizar totales.

Una vez enviado el producto se le avisará por mail o por teléfono, indicando la salida del producto desde nuestros almacenes.
Si aún no ha recibido su pedido dentro del plazo mencionado anteriormente, póngase en contacto con nosotros en info@kilim-age.com e intentaremos solucionarlo lo antes posible. Si hubiera habido un error en los datos del cliente este tendrá que hacerse cargo de los gastos de envío adicionales.
